A website for everyone

Accessibility statement

How we make this website accessible, what we are still improving, and how to tell us about a barrier.

01Our commitment

Ncarnate Infotech wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

02What we have done

  • A clear page structure with headings, landmarks and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Navigation, menus, sliders and forms that work with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Labels and instructions on every form field, and clear error messages.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Colours chosen for readable contrast in both light and dark themes.
  • Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and browser zoom.
  • Animations that respect your device's reduced-motion setting, and a pause button on the home page slideshow.
  • Light and dark display modes.

03Known limitations

We test the website regularly, but some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Some older client logos and project screenshots may have limited text alternatives.
  • Some third-party content and links, such as external client websites, are outside our control.
  • Uploaded documents, such as resumes sent to us, are handled by our team and are not part of the public website.

We are working to fix these issues as we update the website.

04Compatibility

The website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and to be compatible with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and voice control.

05How we test

We check pages with keyboard-only navigation and at different screen sizes, and we are planning regular reviews with automated accessibility tools and screen readers. We review accessibility again when we add new features or content.

06Feedback and help

If you find something difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us:

Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you were using. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
