- Communication records: emails, WhatsApp messages and notes of calls or meetings with you, including delivery and reply status where our communication providers report it.
- Campaign information: if you arrive through a link that includes campaign tags (for example utm_source), we record those tags with your enquiry so we know which channel reached you.
- Technical information: information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which our servers use for security and to deliver the website.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information through our website forms.
